Summer at Syed Babar Ali Library
Syed Babar Ali library organized summer activities for the nourishment of young and adult minds. These included a motivational seminar conducted by Ms. Tosheeba Sarwar, a story-telling session by Ms. Rubab Baqir and arts and crafts workshops led by Ms. Lalarukh Agha and Ms. Alia Naqvi.
The Library also hosted Movie Days in which book adaptations were shown in order to develop more love for books and incentive to read them. English Language workshops were also held for Campus Boys and Girls which were aimed to improve their listening, speaking, writing and reading skills.
The activities were held to create a community of book enthusiasts and to bring all creative minds together under one roof.

Ahsan Javed Science Innovation Centre Officially Opened Saturday May 27
H.E Governor of the Punjab, Muhammad Balighur Rehman, and representative donor, old boy and Board member Mr. Siddque Bhatti, opened the long awaited Ahsan Javed Science Innovation Centre for Astrophysics, Biochemistry, AI and Robotics and Environmental Studies. Principal Thomson spoke of the driving need to modernise learning in science, and paid tribute to the AJ Foundation and U.S Apparel and Textiles for their generosity in donating this building, along with assisting in the upgrade of Chemistry laboratories. The new A.J. Quadrangle adds valuable space to senior school for functions and new canteen outlets. The Governor addressed a large gathering and paid tribute to Mr. Bhatti and fellow donors, while also commending Aitchison on its strategic planning in the critically important area of Science. He expressed confidence in the new facility producing enthusiastic and future successful scientists.
Aitchison Cricket Making Its Mark
Usman Khan (M2 Boarder) attended the FATA team on the platform of PCB International Under-16 Cricket Tournament. In the final match, the FATA team displayed remarkable skills in both batting and bowling, with an impressive score of 216 runs in 44 overs. Opener Usman Khan's outstanding performance led the team to success, scoring 117* runs with the help of fourteen boundaries, got two wickets and declared Man of the Match & Man of the Series.

MISMO National and Regional Winners
Maarif Interschool Math Olympiad (MISMO) was conducted on 27th November 2022 across Pakistan. 874 schools and 17500 students participated in this competition from various school systems. 22 students from Aitchison college, Prep school appeared for this contest. They performed exceptionally well. 12 students secured top ten positions at regional level and were awarded in regional prize distribution ceremony, held on 4th February 2023 at PakTurk Maarif International School Lahore.
Three students stood in the top three positions at national level. National winners were awarded in the National Prize distribution held on 4th March at Marriot hotel Islamabad. Details are
