Job Summary:
We are seeking a TM, a professional responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs within our organization. Their primary focus will be on identifying training needs, creating content, and facilitating sessions. This role includes leading, mentoring, and managing a team of General Duty Trainers (GDTs) ensuring the quality and consistency of training delivered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and continuously improve training programmes that address skill gaps and align with Aitchison College’s strategic objectives;
- Work with department heads to assess training needs and customize programmes to meet the unique demands of teachers;
- Lead and manage a team of GDTs, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities;
- Allocate tasks to GDTs, monitor progress to ensure they deliver high-quality training sessions.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of training materials, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Develop and use metrics to assess the effectiveness of training programmes, making data-driven decisions for improvements.
- Collect feedback from participants and department managers to refine training programmes.
- Manage a training budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while maintaining high-quality training standards.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on training progress, outcomes, and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Education, Teaching, or a related field;
- At least 5 years of teaching experience with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership capacity;
- Experience in designing and delivering professional development programmes to teachers;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills;
- Ability to work in teams;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make recommendations for Improvement;
- Proficient user of MS Office and Google tools;
- Competent Urdu and English Language user.
