Formative Classroom Observations Begin

Sixty-two teachers from all three schools – the Senior, the Preparatory, and the Junior have randomly been selected to be observed. These informed observations allow teachers to prepare and showcase their teaching practices. Teachers are free to choose the subject and topic. These observations follow the standard observation cycle: pre, during, and post-observation. All teachers have the opportunity to reflect on their lessons and can share their reflections in a ten-minute post-observation meeting.
